  • To the fullest extent permissible under Irish law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

6. Payment Terms

  • Fees for services are as agreed at the time of booking.

  • Payments must be made within the agreed timeframe. Services may be withheld in cases of non-payment.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • For coaching: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

  • For assessments: Once materials have been issued or testing has commenced, cancellation may not be possible.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
